PHOTO-OP 2011 Call for ENTRY

The Gallery is now accepting entries for PHOTO-OP 2011. Entry forms for this annual juried photography exhibition can be downloaded from our website (under 'Open Calls') or by emailing director@airdgallery.org and requesting a form.

The jurors for this years exhibition are Sophie Hackett, Assistant Curator of Photography, Art Gallery of Ontario, and Simon Glass, Toronto-based photographer and Associate Dean, Faculty of Art, OCAD University.

The deadline for the receipt of entries is Thursday, April 21, 2011.

Ontario Society of Artists' 138th Annual Open Juried Exhibition

The John B. Aird Gallery is pleased to present the Ontario Society of Artists' 138th Annual Open Juried Exhibition, Memory. Memory... the power of the mind to remember things, the capacity of substance to return to a previous state or condition after having been altered or deformed, something remembered from the past: a recollection.

The exhibition is on view from April 5 - April 29, 2011. An opening reception will take place on April 7 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
